Environmental Education in our School Curricula
In response to the need for the students of Bhutan to heighten their awareness and scientific understanding of the natural environment, RSPN is working to develop environmental education curricula in collaboration with the Royal University of Bhutan.
These environmental curricula will familiarize the students and teachers with a basic understanding of the environment and emerging issues. The curriculum will also empower these groups with the right attitudes, skills and tools to address environmental problems. Additionally, RSPN will continue to collaborate and assist in the development of two new environmental studies/science programs at two of the Royal University of Bhutan’s colleges.
