For your convenience, the date of last revision is included at the top of this page. RSPN Bhutan may make changes in the services described on this RSPN Website at any time. You understand that RSPN Bhutan may discontinue or restrict your use of this Website for any reason.

Those who choose to access this Website from locations outside Bhutan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

CHILDREN. The Website is not directed toward children under 13 years of age nor does RSPN Bhutan knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personally identifiable information to RSPN Bhutan.

It has been the long-standing policy of RSPN Bhutan not to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, or materials, including, but not limited to, notes, drawings, concepts, comments, questions or answers, techniques, know-how, or other information (hereinafter “Submissions”) other than those specifically requested. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of this Agreement or relating to this Website shall be brought exclusively in a Royal Court of Justice, Thimphu

MISCELLANEOUS. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section. RSPN Bhutan’s failure to act with respect to any failure by you or others to comply with these Terms of Use does not waive RSPN Bhutan’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar failures. These Terms of Use set forth the entire understanding and agreement between you and RSPN Bhutan with respect to the subject matter hereof.

VIOLATIONS AND ADDITIONAL POLICIES. RSPN Bhutan reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of this Agreement, including without limitation the right to block access from a particular Internet address.
